Eastman Chemical
Celullose acetate propionate, CAP is principally used in printing inks and clear overprint varnishes, especially because of its low odor. Films formed from CAP have fast solvent release, excellent antiblocking properties, and grease resistance superior to that of other film-formers. CAP is also an excellent resin for nail lacquer topcoats.
