The idea behind additive packages is to form a well-balanced composition of many different single components. Additive packages in the Additin® PA range are complex formulations, proven solutions that help cut development time while assuring high quality and reducing costs and complexity in analysis, inven¬tory and order management.
The ashless and zinc-based Additin® Packages (PA) meet the latest technological OEM and industry requirements and specifications. New low-sulfur base oils, in combination with optimized additive packages offer superior opportunities for improving performance in hydraulic, turbine and compressor oils. The products are adapted to the specific properties of various base fluids (e.g. Group I, II, III, IV).

Additin RC 9308
Additin RC 9308 is an ashless additive package with outstanding oxidation and
corrosion inhibiting properties. Additin RC 9308 is particularly recommended for
use in the formulation of lubricants for which high performance demands have to
be met:
- high oxidation stability
- good thermal stability
- excellent hydrolytic stability
- no sludge formation
- good protection against corrosion of steel and non-ferrous metals
- excellent demulsifying behaviour
- low foaming tendency
These properties can be obtained at low treatment levels in a broad range of different base oils. According to requirements the recommended treatment level For some base oils, the addition of a
defoamer may be necessary in order to meet the stringent foam limits of some industrial oil specifications. Additionally Additin RC 9308 is also ideally suited for formulating environmentally friendly lubricants, i.e. hydraulic fluids based on rapeseed oil (HETG) or synthetic esters (HEES) according to the German VDMA-Einheitsblatt 24568.

Additin RC 9320
Additin RC 9320 is an ashless additive package with outstanding oxidation and corrosion inhibiting properties. Additin RC 9320 is particularly recommended for
use in the formulation of lubricants for which high performance demands have to be met:
- high oxidation stability
- good thermal stability
- excellent hydrolytic stability
- no sludge formation
- very low acid number
- good protection against corrosion of steel and non-ferrous metals
- good demulsifying behaviour
- good foam behaviour
These properties can be obtained at low treat level in a broad range of different base oils, especially in paraffinic base conventional mineral oil e.g. Group I base oils.

Additin RC 9321 is an ashless additive package with outstanding oxidation and corrosion inhibiting properties. Additin RC 9321 is particularly recommended for use in the formulation of lubricants for which high performance demands have to be met:
- high oxidation stability
- good thermal stability
- excellent hydrolytic stability
- no sludge formation
- very low acid number
- good protection against corrosion of steel and non-ferrous metals
- good demulsifying behaviour
- good foam behaviour
These properties can be obtained at low treat level in a broad range of different base oils, especially in PAO, HC, HVI and Group II base oils.
