The following statement informs users about the collection of personal data for the use of our website. Personal data refers to all data, which relates to you personally, e.g. name, address, e-mail addresses, and user behavior. We have taken a comprehensive range of security precautions for protecting your data from accidental or deliberate manipulation, loss, destruction or access by unauthorized persons. Our security procedures are checked at regular intervals and adapted to technical progress.

3 Your rights

You have the following rights in relation to us with regard to the personal data concerning you:

3.1 General rights
You have the right to request information, correction, deletion, limitation of processing or blocking of your personal data. If a processing of your data requires your consent, you have the right to revoke this consent with immediate effect for the future.

3.2 Data processing rights based on legitimate interest
In accordance with Article 21, Section 1 GDPR, you shall have the right to object at any time, on legitimate grounds relating to your particular situation, to the processing of data concerning you, pursuant to Article 6, Section 1, lit. e GDPR (Data processing in public interests) or pursuant to Article 6 Section 1, lit. f GDPR (Data processing to protect a legitimate interest); this also applies to profiling based on this regulation. We shall no longer process your personal data unless we demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms or for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.

3.3 Data processing rights for direct marketing purposes
Where personal data is processed for direct marketing purposes, you shall have the right, pursuant to Article 21, Section 2 GDPR, to object at any time to processing of personal data concerning you for such marketing, which includes profiling to the extent that it is related to such direct marketing.

Where you object to processing for direct marketing purposes, we shall no longer process your personal data for such purposes.

3.4 Right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority
You also have the right to lodge a complaint to a data protection supervisory authority about our processing of your personal data.

4 Collection of personal data when you visit our website

When using the website for information purposes only, i.e. if you do not register or otherwise provide us with information, we only collect the personal data that your browser transmits to our server. If you wish to view our website, we collect the following data, which is technically necessary for us to display our website to you and to guarantee stability and security (Legal basis is Article 6, Section 1, lit. f GDPR):

–IP address, data and time of the request, time zone difference to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT), content of the request (specific page), access status/HTTP status code, amount of data transferred in each case, website from which the request comes, browser, operating system and its interface, language and version of the browser software.

5 Contact by e-mail

When you contact us by e-mail, the data you provide (your e-mail address and, if necessary, your name and phone number) will be stored by us in order to answer your questions. This information is provided on a voluntary basis and with your consent, pursuant to Article 6, Section 1 lit. a GDPR. If this information relates to communication channels (e. g. e-mail address, telephone number), you further agree that we may also contact you via this communication channel in order to answer your request. Of course, you can revoke this consent at any time for the future.

We delete any data collected in this context as soon as the storage is no longer required or we limit the processing if statutory retention regulations exist.
 

6 Applications
You can send your application to our company via electronic channels, in particular by e-mail. We will, of course, use your details exclusively for the processing of your application and will not pass them on to third parties outside the company. Please note that unencrypted e-mails are not transmitted in an access-protected manner.

If you have applied for a specific position and it has already been filled, or if we consider you to be better suitable for another position, we would be happy to forward your application within the company. Please let us know if you do not agree to our forwarding your application.

Your personal data will be deleted immediately upon completion of the application process or after a maximum of 6 months, unless you have expressly given us your consent for a longer storage of your data. The legal basis is Article 6, Section 1 lit. a, b and f GDPR and Para. 26 BDSG [Federal Data Protection Act].
 

7 Cookies

7.1 Transient cookies

8 Website analyses

For the purpose of analyzing and optimizing our websites, we use various services which are presented below. We use them, for example, to analyze how many users visit our site, what is the most requested information or how users access the services. We collect data on, for example, from which website an affected person accesses another website (so-called referrer), which website subpages are accessed or how often and for how long a subpage was viewed. This helps us to design our services in a more user-friendly way and to improve them. The collected data is not used to personally identify individual users. Only anonymous and highly anonymous data is collected. The legal basis is Article 6, Section 1, lit. f GDPR.

8.1 etracker

The provider of this website uses the services of etracker GmbH, Hamburg, Germany (www.etracker.com) to analyse usage data. When visitors give us their explicit consent, cookies are used, which enable the statistical analysis of the use of this website by its visitors as well as the display of usage-relevant content or advertising. Cookies are small text files that are stored by the Internet browser on the user's device. etracker cookies do not contain any information that could identify a user.

The data generated with etracker is processed and stored by etracker solely in Germany by commission of the provider of this website and is thus subject to strict German and European data protection laws and standards.In this regard, etracker was checked, certified and awarded with the ePrivacyseal data protection seal of approval.

The data processing is based on the on the legal basis of Art. 6 Section 1 lit f (consent) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) to optimise our online offer and our website. As the privacy of our visitors is very important to us, etracker anonymizes the IP address as early as possible and converts login or device IDs into a unique key with which, however, no connection to any specific person can be made with. etracker does not use it for any other purpose, combine it with other data or pass it on to third parties.

You can revoke your consent at any time. Your objection has no detrimental consequences for you.

9 Data transfer

As a matter of principle, your data will not be transferred to third parties, unless we are obliged to do so by law, unless the transfer of data is required to carry out the contractual relationship, or you have given your express prior consent to the transfer of your data.

Insofar as external service providers come into contact with your personal data, we ensure, within the framework of the order processing pursuant to Article 28 GDPR that they comply with the provisions of the data protection laws in the same way. Please also note the respective data protection information of the providers. The respective service provider is responsible for the contents of external services, whereby we carry out a check of the services for compliance with the legal requirements within the scope of reasonableness.
