    Phosphate Esters

    Phosphate ester are highly efficient and highly polar plasticizers with unique behavior as co-flame retardant. Phosphate ester can significantly improve the burning and smoke behavior for flexible products and exhibit synergistic effects when combined with other flame retardants, enhancing their efficiency and broadening the spectrum of materials that can be effectively protected against fire. They can assist in the general trend towards reducing / eliminating antimonium trioxide and chlorinated paraffins.
